Oh, Bill...
Maybe being a Rhodes Scholar is overrated. Bill Clinton wants the US to lower the top Corporate Income Tax rate to 25%, and do away with many of the deductions and credits. Nice idea, but, while the RATE is 35%, we actually COLLECT about 25%. So, why bother?
